DRAW DATES

The Bonus Prize ticket sales deadline is midnight, Friday, April 9, 2021. *
The Bonus Prize draw date is April 21, 2021.
The Bonus Prize Winner Announcement will be made on April 21, 2021.

The Early Bird ticket sales deadline is midnight, Friday, May 7, 2021. **
The Early Bird draw date is May 18, 2021.
The Early Bird Winner Announcement will air on May 20, 2021.

If required, the Final ticket sales deadline is midnight, Friday, June 4, 2021.***
The Final draw date is June 15, 2021.
The Final Draw Winner Announcement will air on June 17, 2021.

OFFICIAL TICKET:

Only 42,000 tickets will be sold.
• 1,025 prizes worth more than $1.59 Million.
• 1 in 50 chances to win.
• Tickets must be purchased and mailed within Newfoundland and Labrador.
• Only tickets that have been verified as paid for are eligible for the respective draws.
• All ticket purchases are final and refunds are not available.

The official ticket serves as the purchaser’s official receipt and confirms the ticket numbers that will be entered for the lottery. This is not a counterfoil-style lottery; there will be a maximum of 42,000 unique numbers eligible for all draws (based on a complete sell-out).

Only one “official ticket” issued by MNP LLP will be provided. Ticket numbers assigned will be sequential (i.e. all the names provided on the form will be entered in the lottery database and will match all ticket numbers assigned).

In the event a winning ticket has more than one name on it, the prize will be awarded to only the primary ticket holder identified on the ticket. The Health Care Foundation Home Lottery and the Customer Affairs Division are not responsible for any disputes that may arise between the individuals whose names appear on the ticket.

Official Ticket(s) and prize notification letters are addressed to the primary ticket holder only and mailed to the address provided by the ticket purchaser. In the event that a winning ticket is held in more than one name, it is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to share winning information with those parties.

TICKETS SOLD BY THE BONUS DEADLINE

*All tickets sold by midnight, April 9, 2021, will be eligible for the Bonus Prize draw on April 21, 2021. The draw would take place at the offices of MNP LLP, located at Westbrook Plaza, 860 Topsail Road, Mount Pearl, NL.

IF ALL TICKETS ARE SOLD BY THE EARLY BIRD DEADLINE:

**In the event all tickets are sold by the Early Bird cut-off of midnight, May 7, 2021, then all draws would take place on May 18, 2021, commencing at approximately 9 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP, located at Westbrook Plaza, 860 Topsail Road, Mount Pearl, NL. The Early Bird Prize draw would be conducted first, and followed by draws for all remaining prizes in order of retail value beginning with the prizes of least retail value. The top winners would be announced on NTV on May 20, 2021.

IF ALL TICKETS ARE NOT SOLD PRIOR TO THE EARLY BIRD DEADLINE:

***In the event tickets remain after the Early Bird cut-off, then only the Early Bird draw would be made on May 18, 2021, commencing at approximately 9 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP. The announcement of the Early Bird winner would be made on NTV later that same day.

Ticket sales would continue until the final sales cut-off of midnight, June 4, 2021.

All remaining draws would begin June 15, 2021, commencing at approximately 9 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP, located at Westbrook Plaza, 860 Topsail Road, Mount Pearl, NL. Draws would proceed in order of retail value beginning with the prizes of least retail value.

The top winners would be announced on NTV on June 17, 2021.

Tickets purchased before the Bonus Prize deadline will be eligible for all 1,025 prize draws. Tickets purchased after the Bonus Prize deadline, but before the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 1,024 prize draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for each of the remaining 1,023 draws. All draws will be made at the offices of MNP LLP, Westbrook Plaza, 860 Topsail Road, Mount Pearl, NL. Total retail value of all prizes is approximately $1.59 Million.

A list of top winners will be available online at HCFHomeLottery.ca on May 28 or June 25, 2021.

The Early Bird winner and the top winners will be contacted by phone. All winners will be notified in writing by MNP LLP as to what they have won and where to claim their prizes.

*All tickets in a 3-pack or 5-pack, each 50/50 Add-On® in a 5-pack, 15-pack or 25-pack, each 100 Days of Winning® Cash Calendar™ ticket in a 3-pack or 6-pack, all tickets in a Super Pack, and all tickets in a Mega Pack must contain the same information.

†50/50 Add-Ons must be ordered in conjunction with your Health Care Foundation Home Lottery ticket. 50/50 Add-On orders will not be accepted after your original Health Care Foundation Home Lottery ticket order date. There will be a minimum payout of $100,000. 50/50 Add-Ons are 5 for $25, 15 for $50, or 25 for $75.

†100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-Ons must be ordered in conjunction with your Health Care Foundation Home Lottery ticket. 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-On orders will not be accepted after your original Health Care Foundation Home Lottery ticket order date. 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-Ons are 1 for $25, 3 for $50 or 6 for $75.

There are 100 prizes in the 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar with a total prize value of $100,000. Winners will be posted daily on the lottery website July 15 to October 22, 2021 according to the sequential manner in which they were drawn.

All inquiries, if any, regarding the chances of winning are to be made to the licensee prior to the purchase of ticket(s).

Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. The following, including their spouse and any related or dependent person residing in the same household, are prohibited from purchasing tickets: senior administrators and board members of the Health Care Foundation, and partners and employees of MNP LLP and its affiliates.

Personal information collected will be used to fulfill ticket orders, provide information on our future lotteries, contact prize winners and publicize the names of prize winners. The Health Care Foundation Home Lottery does not sell, trade or lease your personal information. If you wish to be removed from our contact lists, please call 1-866-992-1899 or 709-753-1899 or email [email protected] Winners consent to the use of their name and photograph by the licensee for publicity purposes. The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

Retail values are approximate as of the date contracts were negotiated with suppliers. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. Winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded. Prices include taxes and freight, where applicable.
